Community-based, faith-based, and other non-profit organizations have always played a significant role in the positive development and progression of our families, businesses, and communities. We welcome collaborative partnerships with your groups and value the critical role you play in raising awareness and building mutually beneficial growth opportunities available to individuals and businesses through MDI.

Together, we can make a meaningful impact and drive positive change to advance the evolution of energy efficiency by:

  • Empowering Engagement in Workforce Development Training:
    • Facilitate outreach efforts to raise awareness about the training opportunities among your network of community members.
    • Organize informational sessions and workshops to educate individuals about the benefits of participating in the training programs.
    • Assist in recruitment efforts, including identifying potential candidates and encouraging application to the program.
    • Offer support services such as transportation assistance or childcare to help individuals overcome barriers to participation.
  • Championing Participation in our Energy Efficiency Service Provider (EESP) Network:
    • Utilize existing channels and platforms to promote the EESP Network and its benefits to prospective businesses.
    • Host networking events where interested business owners can connect with EESP program representatives.
    • Share success stories from EESP program participants to inspire others to join the network.
  • Fostering Inclusion in our Diverse Vendor Procurement Program:
    • Highlight the importance of diversity within the energy-efficiency space, and how utilizing local, diverse-owned businesses creates stronger communities.
    • Share testimonials of businesses that have benefited from participating in diverse vendor procurement.

Instructions: If you belong to a Community-Based Organization (CBO) and would like to order ComEd MDI marketing collateral, please complete the form linked below. CBOs can utilize marketing collateral to share ComEd MDI offerings with their constituency, like:

  • Workforce development opportunities for local community members
  • Procurement opportunities for diverse vendors
  • Diverse business certification assistance opportunities for diverse contractors operating in the trades

Please note that you must provide at least 45 days for processing, approval, and shipping. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate requests made less than 45 days in advance of the delivery deadline.
