Community-based, faith-based, and other non-profit organizations play a vital role in advancing energy efficiency efforts at the grass roots level. In addition to raising awareness within your communities, you can help drive participation in the ComEd Market Development Initiative (MDI).
We’ll partner with you by sharing the no-cost services that MDI offers and compensate you when you offer services that help support constituents who want to participate. Energy efficiency efforts in your community lead to economic opportunities for individuals and businesses and cleaner air to breathe today, and for future generations.
- Encourage community members to take advantage of MDI and the no-cost workforce development training to help drive individual success.
- Champion local businesses participation in our diverse vendor network to become a part of the ComEd Energy Efficiency Service Provider (EESP) Network. The EESP Network provides networking and business-growth opportunities for business owners.
- Receive compensation for offering wraparound services that support community members and businesses participating in MDI, like administrative support, diversity certification application support, transportation, and childcare stipends, and more.
